Do this from your phone. Always.
Open your store on mobile and go straight to your main collection page. Don't open product pages. Don't look at anything else yet.
Is your nav image-first or text-only?
Do you have 4–5 clean top-level links with subcategories beneath them?
On mobile: is your search bar expanded and accessible inside the navigation drawer?
Do you have a quick add feature? One-step or two-step?
Can a shopper scroll through product images from the collection page without going to the PDP?
Do your standout products have standout images, or does everything look the same?
Why only these three things
These are the highest-value changes with the lowest implementation complexity. Most stores are missing at least two of them. They take four minutes to check, and fixing any one of them moves the needle on conversion faster than almost anything else you could work on.
What to do with this
Pick the one that hurts most. Fix that first.
Don't run all three at once. Pick the gap that's bleeding the most visitors and close it. One focused fix will outperform three half-finished ones every time.
If you want a second set of eyes on what you found, that's exactly what we do.
